No but I can see why you might believe this. It's the ears isn't it ? It's just a wonky part of the animation.

It is technically hard but experience massively helps. I keep my layers neatly organized, I do a lot of experiments with color and I don't hesitate to break & correct. But the real answer is experience. I didn't reach that result without a lot of previous failures.
