Two panel comic. The first panel shows the inside of Sans's store. Kris leaning on the counter and lifting up Frisk by the scruff of their sweater. They're yelling at Sans, who is not looking at them. The top of Toriel's head is seen from behind as she's entering the store. She addresses Kris, "Ah, Kris... I thought I heard your voice." Susie is glancing at her from beind an isle. In the second panel we see Toriel approaching the counter. Kris steps aside for her, but still holds up Frisk by the scruff of their sweater. She asks Sans, "So you know this child? Are you their guardian?" Sans finally looks up from his book specifically for her. He replies with a wink "nah, they kinda just showed up one day. i don't thing they belong to anybody."

Two panel comic. In the first Tanel Toriel points a finger to her mouth and ponders out loud, "Oh, I see..." Kris is looking at her in discomfort and pleads, "Mom... no." In the second panel Toriel turns to the kids with a smile and tells Frisk, "Looks like you'll be staying with us then, my child." Frisk is still being held by the scruff of their sweater, but they now hug Kris's neck with a big smile on their face. Kris has a look of poor horrow on their face over how their life is falling apart. They yell out a very long-stretched "NOOOO-"
