As with all TTRPGs, the real fun comes out when you have a squad you know you can count on. As far as the game's own quality is concerned... it's a good base but I admit I had to modify a lot of small things to make it work for our table. It feels like W5 could've used a few more months in the oven.

Of course, although the only ones I can reliably talk about at length are Brad and Erik. As the NPCs of the group, I know all their ins and out by necessity. The other four are my player characters, thus I might not know the intricacies of what they planned for their characters.

A group of six werewolves ("Garou") representing the players' Sept of Baton Rouge. From left to right, we have:
- A dark-furred nature reserve worker and a huntsman in his free time, Jack. (Philodox, Galestalker)
- A dark-furred late college student trying to rebuild his human life, Brad. (Galliard, Black Fury, NPC)
- A dark-furred drug dealer with a connection to vampires, Aurelia or Andy. (Ragabash, Shadow Lord)
- A gray-furred councilor turned charity fund organizer, Mitchel. (Ahroun, Silver Fang)
- A red-furred hacker and programmer, Erik. (Ragabash, Glass Walker, NPC)
- A brown-furred college drop-out with a dark secret, Zach. (Theurge, Ghost Councilor)
I play in a multi-game group on Sundays, and among the games we cycle through happens to be Werewolf: the Apocalypse. We play the 5th Edition although I've modified things quite a bit. Here's the team's full roster, which took a short forever to make.
