Please follow this story and track the numbers of improper payments. CMS releases that information annually.

Applying this 14% against what we know in Minnesota, the cost per serious criminal apprehended is something over $365,000. Based on a calculation of $18 million per week cost of surge and now at nine weeks in Minnesota and somewhere around 3300 arrest/removals. Can you say waste, fraud, and abuse?

Thank you for coming to to ground zero. I believe an important part of the story is how the feeling threatened is flowing out to the communities surrounding Minneapolis/St. Paul and in greater Minnesota. Thank you again.
