After teaching yoga today one of the students said something along the lines of “You are so great. I can really tell you love doing this” and that is probably one of the best compliments I’ve ever received.

Woke up from a nightmare this morning. I was teaching yoga and people weren’t lining their mats up appropriately, chairs started popping up and I could not cut through the chatter or the volume of the music 😮‍💨
