I wanted a set of numbers that looked like they were made on a CNC machine, cut from a single piece of aluminum. The rounded inside corners on BM_Billet sell that concept & all the outer corners are rounded to match.

trying out a new illustration process. instead of starting on paper then finalizing in vector, i thought id try the opposite. building a “sketch” in Affinity Designer, then doing final art on paper

no. i dont think the tagline was something i would have gone with because you have to be wary of the worst thing people could say/think about your marketing, but i believe it was more an innocent oversight than some are trying to make it.

this is a football uniform epidemic. most modern helmet designs dont allow traditional placement of logos/helmet art. note how far back & awkwardly angled the 2024 version is.

teams should think more like CIN & CLE with helmet art. patterns + stripes are the only way forward.

its the wild west with US laws regarding generative AI at the moment, so it wouldnt surprise me if they attempted it.

to me, an AI world means creative people need to channel their inner diva WR and find some confidence. take pride in the skills you have. show off. be cocky. get paid; score touchdowns.

you know what they will do. which should completely bust any idea of LLM reliability from these companies when the results are controlled. people who use AI tools as a source of truth (like they do with Grok) should be ridiculed as fools at every opportunity.
