I really recommend Blippo+ - it lands the absurd alien tone its going for, has some great earworms, and emulates that bygone channel hopping sensation wonderfully (while never feeling overwhelming with the amount of shows 'required' to follow the story). And A++++ for having a Teletext mode.

One of my favourite game balancing stories is the guns in Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory.

Players complained the German SMG dealt less damage than the British.

The devs fixed this imbalance by adding more bass to the gunfire sound. The guns had always been of equal power. Just didn't feel like it.

Got around to finishing these 3 Delaque gangers, trying out some OSL too!
