My process starts with rules explainers and example abilities in a notebook or OneNote.

Then I copy into Word to format it up. ( I'm not sure how that compares to g-docs, ease of use wise)

This year, I'll add see if I can add a next step of layout software.

Decided to roll 3 sets:

1) 8-4-2-2 -> Magical event at childhood and then a fairly standard life.

2) 1-8-5-7 -> A lot more turbulent, this life. Had a family and become a quest giver.

3) 2-1-5-4 -> Ups and downs in life - most around their love- but has a sedate old age.
