Last morning drive with Jim: a three hour voyage through the back hills of eastern Oregon. Life is beautiful and cruel. I’m so privileged to have made so many deep connections over the years here. Happy New Year, Year of the Snake! May we all shed old skins so we can collectively grow.

New beginnings, all around. Sitting at the local laundromat for perhaps the last time here in Pendleton, Oregon before relocating to Minneapolis. Starting again (not over) at 45. Hope to find friends here, old and new!
