If a president can illegally deport someone, conspire with that countryβs leader to abandon them to human rights abuses, and face no consequences, we are in a hellish authoritarian moment. What a fucking evil, illiberal government this is.

Harris has run such a good campaign, and in an unprecedentedly short time, that it's made me both cautiously optimistic she'll win, and more... not happy, but at peace with the alternative possibility.
If Trump wins, it's not any Dem mistake, it's because enough voters saw him mask-off and want it.
