I don't, I was going to register for a sleep test before all this happened. And I know night sweats are a symptom of obstructive sleep apnea.

But these are cold sweats happening throughout the day/night while i'm fully conscious, which means it's likely immunesystem related.

When i went to my last physiotherapy appointment my therapist was telling me about how people had wound up injuring themselves, because the ai answers for how to perform certain stretches was

at best, hilariously wrong

at worst, causing genuine injury and worsening people's pain

it feels like i'm boiling every night and rapidly growing cold around the chest, arms and legs, and nothing relieves it

i got about... two hours of sleep last night, that's the most i've had in a week

Please just check on me and be there for me. I've never been sick for this long, my muscles ache, and I've gotten such little rem sleep I'm falling asleep sitting up; but unable to stay asleep. And having minor visual hallucinations. It's awful.

If you're not aware I'm autistic. I have extreme sensory issues to do with temperature, moisture, and sleep comfort.

All of those are being constantly triggered through this month long slog of illness, and I'm not sure when I'll return to normal. Sorry.

Also. In a rather upsetting blow.

I'm going to have to give up gaining cold turkey and likely lose a considerable amount of weight that I desperately don't want to lose because of my body dysmorphia.

I only just got comfortable with my body, and now I have to drastically change it...

So after seeing the doctor: They don't know why I'm still so sick. I should have gotten better weeks ago.

They're doing more tests.

It's either a resistant infection.
But they advised me to be prepared in case it's something very serious because of the cold sweats I've had since September.

Should be an option in more games tbh.
