Hagueseth doesn’t understand the difference between the “fog of war” and killing unarmed civilians who pose no immediate threat to anyone.

Please focus these posts on winning back Congress and not some abstract tribunal. Congress is the only place these folks will face questions - not in Hegseth’s DoD or Bondi’s DoJ, or the Hauge (we aren’t subject to the ICC). And not in the next administration because Trump will pardon all of them.
