The demo for Pokémon Hearth is my first RomHack and it’s such a breath of fresh air.

Takes place during the Arceus time period when Pokémon were still mysterious. Incredible quality of life adds. Great art and writing.

I legit can’t tell if I like it more or less than standard play. I LOVE the rush of a close battle, but I get so worried about losing a Pokémon that I think I over-grind out of fear sometimes, which is no fun.

I gasped like I was moments away from drowning. Nuzlocke is gonna kill me.
