I think there is nothing more fulfilling as a musician than creating music just for my own enjoyment and having people who love that music. It's not about meeting certain standards, but about fulfilling my own heart. No matter how much I try to hide myself, it'll always be there waiting at the end.

Feeling in music is part of how we know humans made it. I like it when there are little imperfections in a song because it doesn’t sound like something AI would make. I do the same thing and leave room for those little rough edges.

I used to choose things based on scientific evidence, but now I value the ones that somehow just "feel right". When I follow my instincts and go with what feels right, I often end up creating music I'm satisfied with. I feel the correct answer hidden in our feelings is both profound and mysterious.

This year I will be doing my first live gigs & looking to use social media to help refine my set lists. I want to do some trial runs online & see what feedback I get & give me a backbone for what I will initially play. Any thoughts from the #electronicmusic crowd on SoundCloud vs Mixcloud?

There is nothing like a hardware drum machine to me; so much you can do within the limitations and idiosyncrasies of rhythm boxes. I totally get why some people do everything with plugins and sample packs, but that tactile, physical hardware is why I started doing music. #sermonsbythedevil
