Antidepressant Use Before, During, and After Pregnancy
This cohort study investigates rates of antidepressant use among women 24 months before and after the birth of a child.
New paper with Devin Pope and Carla Colina: in a large US sample, we find that ~half of women discontinue antidepressants during pregnancy without substitution to psychotherapy, suggesting a large gap in women's mental health care during a critical period.
ps petition for Devin to join bluesky!
