Well, it is more complicated. Shut down capacity is not the same as their current deficit. The refineries didn't work at full capacities to produce the quantity from before the war. They can compensate to some degree by increasing output at intact refineries. What counts is their current deficit. ->

The church was never idealist. The church has always insisted that the material world has real, objective existence outside the mind of the perceiver. The church strongly rejected idealism.

Catholicism isn’t strictly materialist, but it is deeply affirmative of matter as "created by God".

You simply demanded proof/evidence, but you don't have an irrefutable proof that physical reality exists outside of your mind, or mind-at-large in B. Kastrup's model.

Terminal lucidity is a phenomenon confirmed by doctors, I had it in my family too. The brain is permanently damaged, and yet the person regains full clarity of thought, shortly before death - then it's problematic for materialism. I'm simply looking forward to a materialist attempt of explanation.

Coordination/communication "problem"? Then it violates the elementary laws of materialist science - no communication beyond the speed of light is possible in modern materialist science.

And yet it exists. Idealism doesn't have a "problem" (as you call it) with quantum entanglement.

You only witness physical stuff through your consciousness. Reports of physical matter from other people also reach you through your senses & consciousness. You can only be certain that you exist. But you can't be certain of anything else. It may well exist, but you don't have an irrefutable proof.

I think you're making a mistake here: you only experience "physical stuff" through your senses + consciousness. I agree that it feels "real". It may be real, but it does not have to be, as you can never experience matter without the filter of your consciousness. No absolute proof it exists outside.
