Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: → SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 162 IS CREATED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: (I) For the purposes of this section: (a) "Biological sex" and "school" have the same meaning as in KRS 158.189; and (b) "Restroom facilities" means a room containing at least one (I) functioning toilet or urinal and shall include nearby sinks and mirrors that are designed to be used by people using the toilet or urinal. (2) For each school building that is designed to serve more than one hundred (100) students, at least ninety five percent (95%) of the restroom facilities in the school building shall be designated by the school administration to be for a specific biological sex pursuant to KRS 158.189.

‼️ KY Introduced a Bathroom BAN that not only would ban trans people from bathrooms in schools but would even MANDATE mostly GENDERED BATHROOMS.

It literally states that no more than 5% of school bathrooms can be gender neutral!

Absolutely ABSURD!
