30.06.2025 08:14 β π 1 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0A lot of my research is about - polymyalgia rheumatica, or PMR.
Here's a summary of a recent project on which I collaborated. Methods were outside my comfort zone, so I learned loads about those, as well as disparities in care and how PMR really affects people

Planning an application for an NIHR personal fellowship?
Would your application be strengthened by protected time and additional training and support to develop your work?
NIHR ARC West Midlands are offering Pre-Application Support funding to do just that.

I don't think they are on here
I don't think my research is often very risky, but I do find the funders tend to highlight things they perceive could be risky (eg data access) that I am comfortable with but rarely have a problem with aspects that do end up going awry. Although I often didn't see those problems either.
