Texas elections are illegitimate according to EU standards, should they be treated as such? At what point can a state rig elections so aggressively that their results must be nullified?

It's hard to explain to people outside Texas just how terrible the political situation is there. Sometimes it's even hard IN Texas because far too many don't know. This sums it up.
