Tips, Tricks, Problem Solving, Modifications, Best Campsites, etc. My spouse and I own a 2021 T@B 400 BD. We have enjoyed every trip we have been on. My hope is that we can build a community here on Bluesky. If you own a NuCamp there’s a campsite here.

I have some more glycol exchange pumps ready to ship. If you are planning on a DIY. Glycol service. This pump setup makes it easy. No wasted time dropping off and picking up. No appointments needed. No time wasted gathering parts. For $185 with shipping included.

So…now we’ve owned 3 T@Bs including 1 Dutchman T@B and a T@G SE. Since we’ll be starting a work camping gig in MN in May we upgraded to a 2020 400 BDL. Feels like luxury to us!

Well I'm sorry. I intended to post at least once a week. I got distracted by some of the crazy things happening out there. Anyway I'm refocused now. If you've been following, after lunch we had to get the kayaks out on the lake. Lake Jefferson in September.

The Tab 360s pulled great behind the RAV4 Prime but the door leaked water profusely soaking everything on the floor.

Anyone else have trouble with their Tab trailer door leaking water in heavy rain? I noticed the weather stripping on the door has a gap at the mounting hinges.

My wife and I made it to Joshua Tree NP last week - barely. Drove from Seattle to Shasta Mountain, CA in the worst weather (for us) with hard rain the entire way, winds up to 45 mph, temps mid-30s.

I think that's the same area we stayed at in December. Indian Cove??

We have a '21 400 with the 3-way refrigerator, but you could get it the other way too. We like the larger frig because it will hold 3-5 days of food. Great for Boondocking. The trade off is hanging clothing on various mounted hooks and occasionally taking clothing bins in the TV.

Thanks. Exactly my thought too regarding the storage. Good to know this was an option. Guess you can’t have everything!

Attn: 400 Owners… anyone know if there were major model changes between the ‘20/‘21? My husband and I are trying to decide between 2 used 400s that are almost identical. The 2020 has a larger fridge mounted where wardrobe usually is. Was this a NuCamp option??

@nucamp-owners.bsky.social Hi! We also have a Tab 400 BD, 2021. Getting ready for a long X-country trip soon, NorCal —> North Carolina. We are mostly western coastal campers.

The shake-out trip to Vantage,WA for our 2025 TAB 320s BD. The first trip of our travel season is in a couple of weeks to Joshua Tree and Red Rocks canyon for a month.

We would’ve liked to get the 400 or even 360 but couldn’t justify upgrading the TV as well.

Anybody pull a 400 with a ‘24 Tacoma SR. Our tow capacity is 6600lbs so I figured it should be ok.

When I first started on BlueSky I dedicated All Things NuCamp to just handle camping topics and keeping my other interests separate in a different account. But I now know that cross over happens between each account depending on who I follow.

I am new too. This could work but I don't really know what I'm doing. All I do know is FB won't work for me. Right now there are about 35 I follow because they have posted a picture of their NuCamp. But there are about 100 that are following that have not.

21.02.2025 02:48 — 👍 1    🔁 0    💬 0    📌 0

I am new to this but I think the only way it would work is if everyone follows your account and tags it when they post something Nucamp related. Then everyone following the account would see that post (maybe?) You don’t need to follow anyone - otherwise you will see all the unrelated posts.

without being muzzled or devolving into a snarky/divisive comments war. So far, it's working. It's not a place for political debate, or purely political posts.

I am in a group on a totally unrelated topic on Facebook that has created a new group on its same topic. But where it's OK to bring up concerns and well, realities, about the current situation and its impact on the group's topic matter. In our case, T@Bs and camping.

See next reply.

But it's OK to bring up USA's political situation and how it is impacting our personal lived reality related to NuCamp/camping.

Msg me for me info if you like.

I hear ya. BlueSky is more a Twitter format type of replacement rather than Facebook. It doesn't have Group capability....at least not at this point.

To be continued in next post due to post length limitations.

20.02.2025 22:21 — 👍 2    🔁 1    💬 0    📌 0

Thanks for this message. The only way this is going to work here is if all T@Bers have two BlueSky accounts and that is a lot to ask. I hope they can add groups or chatrooms. We'll see.

20.02.2025 22:33 — 👍 1    🔁 0    💬 1    📌 0

I'm beginning to think that this group is not going to work. I can see all post that are not T@B related. Since I don't want to monitor posts and unfollow T@B owners because they are expressing their lives outside of camping we may need to rethink how to organize ourselves. Any thoughts or ideas????
