What incredible group! They managed to teach the regular FCCS (Fundamentals of Critical Care Support), Pediatric FCCS (for the first time), and an ultrasound course (another first!). They were also able to work on training a few of their Rwandan anesthesiologists to be instructors!

Another CVC Outreach success!! This group was recognized for their work in helping train their critical care providers at the opening ceremony of the 6th Rwanda Anesthesia and Critical Care Conference.

Our Global Outreach committee just returned from Butare, Rwanda. We are starting to plan for our next class, which will hopefully occur in October!

Instructors for this course included Kwame Boateng, Aamer Syed, Kristie Hertel, Catherine Kim, Kody and Kinley Farrington, and Katherine McBride.

Programming on both days will offer accredited continuing education (ACE) for nurses, pharmacists, and physicians. We look forward to seeing you and engaging in exciting learning opportunities!
