Yeah this tends to happen to people who weren't moths before they slept in my neck fluff

So, here's the thing. Couple months ago, the wizard Q, weary of the travels of the day, found himself nestling comfortably in the mane of a dragon divine. The luxurious nature of those divine, sky-spanning strands and an unnaturally high sense of coziness, both lent themselves towards making certain that he'd fall in slumber right quick. And slumber soundly. And then slumber some more. And then slumber more still. Natural proximity to divinity and the prolonged exposure courtesy of his maddeningly-comfortable rest, resulted in the wizard's own form manifesting features of long dragons, much owed to his magnitudinal host (and exacerbated by Q's void-form malleability). End result? Months-long slumber and a miles-long wizard, dragon visage and all, his beard blossoming into a mane, his limbs empowered, and his natural attunement manifesting itself as coalescent verdure upon his ever-longer underbelly. Waking up is one thing. Untangling himself out of there will be an undertaking in and of itself. ...That can wait until the mane-bed gravity wears off, though. (So, yeah, found a good excuse to dabble in Long-Form Q, and am honestly really happy with the result, his mane especially. It was really good fun getting to work his coils in that tapestry of god-mane strands, and his glow upon them besides. Fun fact! Some reports suggest that his underbelly is at least partially see-through in this form, though readings prove inconclusive for the moment.)

...Okay. So.
Wizardly PSA:

If, for any reason, you ever decide to have a nap in God-Dragon Mane: Clear your schedule. It is *mad* comfy in there and there's no telling How you'll wake up.

(Wizard got a few months' sleep and now doesn't know when or where or how much Dragon he is. 🥴 )

Within the expanse of the Cosmos Beyond, where worlds are ever being forged, where universes dot endless skies, and the void itself is glinting with life... Therein exists the Creator, ever resting in Creation, as its Architect and Lord Sovereign; the Arceus known to some as Andragathor, the Life-Treader. That is a moniker that has been attributed to him in many a realm (independently so), with countless legends accounting of how life forms wherever he treads. Truly, even in the void itself, his steps alone form stars and stardust to seed life anew (and many universes that have his walking as a creation legend did, in fact, get created that way). Assuming one may ever be of appropriately magnitudinal scale, one may find him striding within the void, his own night-like pelt decorated with glinting claws and regalia made of light and whirling stars (within which he houses his three Aspects of Creation) as he oversees his realms and creates yet more. One can also be certain that Andragathor will always be accompanied by a specific set of universes, that he very much holds close to heart; each one holding - and defining - the very essence of a certain type of 'mon and a fundamental building block of all of his creation. At this magnitude, these very universes are his Elemental Plates, which he freely presides over. And, within such universes, he himself may also dwell; he is no stranger to manifesting avatars of himself within the realms he creates, be it to oversee, influence events, or simply to be part (or not) of the daily goings-on. Truly, he has no actual 'need' to do so, beyond simply wanting to have some quiet fun in seeing how his creations lead their own lives, regardless of whether or not they make him a part of them (or whether or not he makes his godhood obvious). In many such realms, he can be found assuming roles of creation: architecture, jewelcraft (rings and hoops!), art... Really, he just enjoys quietly reveling in the act of Creation.
