silly scribble for a tumblr ask....

any added shine from a heavier hand isnt as noticeable. I've also seen lots of art where ppl add colored pencil for final details! so i'd go for it 🐬🌈

ok ignore my rambling i realized i hadnt layered colored pencil over any recent acrylic marker attempts, went to do so over this one. I think it layers alright! You can absolutely see the texture difference but the paint takes the pencil nicely. acrylic markers dont dry completely matte either so

attempts at blending or some such... will also say that if you put down a thick line of colored pencil then it will be shinier than the marker paint (but this is also true of colored pencil on gouache and idk if this varies with paper types)

I think they do in the same way colored pencils can layer well on gouache depending on how thick the paint underneath them is! (bc it takes a few layers for some of the markers to be fully opaque). but im not sure bc ive only ever used colored pencils for doing outlines over em and not any actual

funnily enough i pulled mine out because I haven't used them much at all since i got em ages ago LMFAO but i wanna use em more! I got the grabie 36 ct dual sided ones... there's better ones out there im sure but these were like 25 dollops when i got em! 🐇

It's just business. Usually he'd have no trouble letting somebody learn a lesson from their mistakes but the lesson has been learned already, so what's the harm? And of course he wasn't also affected by the closeness of their faces or anything... 😏

Yessss exactly! I love writing him because i was originally thinking of him saying "you should come to me next time" or just "come to me next time". Like hmm, no, the first is giving too much of an Option, the second is too inviting. "You WILL come to me next time", though? Perfect.
