Low level recruitment requirements are all over the board.
- Recruitment can range from 2.2k XP to just S rank
- This makes Div 7 - 10 basically a wildcard draw in most tournaments. I've seen gold finalists drop into bronze bracket

But remember, regardless of your power level, getting an X rank power is an achievement in itself.

Only about 1% of players hit S+10
Only about 7% of players hit S+0.

I switched to JP and my X power is higher this season, but I'm not even registered in top 50k
