I think one of the most upper middle class things I heard in university was from a girl who thought pairs of tights were single use.

It could, I will definitely have a revisit and think about some next steps - I've drawn on it so much in my everyday work, and in updating my own job title this year, I think there might be mileage. Thank you!

Just the thesis: I sorely wanted to but my confidence took a bit of a dive on the way, and then because my research was located in the return-to-campus period I felt like it might have been too long. I'd love to pick up on a version of it again though; I certainly found it fascinating and rewarding.

A5. CPD - CMALT, SCMALT, FHEA etc have all helped me frame and reframe and contextualise myself. My MA was a huge opportunity to ground my identity in the history of digital education, too. #LTHEchat

A4. Yes, not least as I studied the professional identity of Digital Education Specialists in UK HE for my MA Education thesis. Doing my homework in the related research and understanding how much we have in common (how many shared perception issues) was revelatory #LTHEchat

A4. I want to be seen as a specialist, and for colleagues to trust and understand my areas of expertise. By focusing on education, I hope I convey that I'm not just here to stick tech into everything; I'm not all that pro-computer, I just want to make the best of them. #LTHEchat

A1. Oh, it matters so much. Job title is perception, identity, opportunity, communication. My new job title aligns far better than the previous one, because it's "Digital Education" over "Learning Technology" and I'm much more comfortable with the education connotations than the tech ones. #LTHEchat
