I just pattern my mannequin's neck and go extra wide on the seam allowance, so it's not too tight.

grease the waffle iron(Pam works)
mix up about 1/4 cup of bisquick (I follow box instructions)
mix with leftover stuffing. you can add chicken stock if it's too dry,
cram in waffle iron and let waffle!

It was so beautifully written and illustrated! I definitely had a major "WHAT???" moment when I ran out of pages though!
I'm excited to see what happens next!
