My injured leg is once again flaring up, sidelining me. I miss running so much it’s just eating at my spirit.

The world is on fire and the one thing I’ve really come to count on, I can’t do.

I don’t know what bothers me more, the pain in my leg or the soul crushing feeling of being stuck.

Officially deleted my TikTok account and the app. It no longer felt safe even for mindless scrolling.

Nowhere does these days. I don’t know how to keep processing these horrors.

Finally had a doc say that running isn’t good for more. Or for anyone. And it’s only a matter of time before every runner ends up with overuse injuries.

Not exactly the help I was looking for.

I set out to run 500 miles in 2025. Unfortunately, I didn’t come close, ending at 290.

I’m not disappointed. I fought for every one of those miles. Through injuries and setbacks, I kept going.

I’ve learned a lot about myself and have found a love for running. Can’t wait to see what 2026 holds.

Signed a 33 year old with an infected wisdom tooth and a surgery date scheduled.

I haven’t run this week and I feel like I’m about to crawl out of my skin.

My mystery (possible) knee pain is flaring up again and I’m SO frustrated.

It sent me to PT a year ago and we addressed my hip flexors which are doing great. So what is this now? 😭

After over a year of running, I’ve PR’d my 10k, 5k, and mile in that order over the last 3 Saturdays.

I’ve been working so hard to improve my time and this past month has been such validation.

Wine and Dine weekend was a blast. I can’t recommend Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween party enough if you have time! But the race was 👩‍🍳💋
