I do get the criticisms of YouTube weather channels, but Andy Hill (meteorologist on Ryan Hall Y'all's team) is absolutely amazing. He issues 'watches' that are predating tornado warnings by 15-20 minutes... and even for unwarned tornadoes that are later confirmed by NWS surveys. Fucking GOAT.
