Well we survived the marathon. The heat was brutal and I needed a bit of help from the medics at the finish line. Today we're sore but functional. Thanks to everyone who donated to Maggie's.

The shocking revelation that Paula Radcliffe ran Boston 5 minutes faster than my best half marathon time. If she gave me a 3 hour head start at London this weekend, she'd still overtake me. Athletes are scary fast.
