I think genuinely the only thing that "upsets" me about the hh/hb is the rape joke disingenuousness. You can have those kinds of jokes and commit to some childish edge, it's fine. But don't pretend it's anything other than what it was. And make sure to make the same "joke" with a woman too :^]
