It's every facility where I've worked, it's a known thing in every facility I've heard about, & the evidence is damning both from patient reports & the evidence left around facilities. Please do better. Patients deserve better. Don't f around on the job.

One of our residents is telling people she was r4ped bc one of the caretakers took molded food from her refrigerator.

Moving hours away from family/friends means that they will tell you they miss you, tell you you need to visit, but never (or super rarely) tell you, "I'm coming to YOU!"
