This is 2-year-old Chloe Tipan Villacis and her father Elvis Tipan-Echeverría. Thinking about all the reporters laid off at the Washington Post. A healthy democracy depends on strong journalism and on the relentless pursuit of truth, fairness, and accountability. At a moment like this, that need is more urgent than ever for our country.
