Going off what I'm seeing on here today, we all need to log off for long naps* today.

*actual sleeping recommended but not required. Closing eyes & cuddling cat count as a nap. But today 20mins ain't gonna cut it. We need those kinda naps where we forget what decade it is when we get up.

I like to imagine some future archeologist finding my kids' little collections of little toys and trying to figure out how we used them religiously. Especially the little hand-made ones that were rainy day projects and may or may not look at all like what we intended.

If there is one thing LLMs prove, it is that necessity is not the mother of invention.

I have a few little tiny* things to do to get this draft ready to send and so tired. So tired.

*inserting images in a word doc fml word never fights fair and will absolutely take advantage of my exhaustion.

It will probably be after Christmas before I have time for projects 😭

But at this rate we may still need political nativity scene props again next year.

I raised TWO babies without AI. Didn't even ever use a search engine. Mostly just you keep them fed and clean and a reasonable temperature and read to them a lot.

So far most of the nativity set shopping options appear to be tasteful or inflatable. Sigh. I want TACKY, loud, attention getting. But not inflatable. And I need one that is not all stuck together. I want each piece to be separate.

Thank God that's over. Keller is so gross the police union endorsed him. White is so much more gross even his fellow pigs found his corruption too putrid to cosign.

And, ya know what? My writing is greatly improved by having a human order me to write better, along with concrete pointers of what to fix.
