Tip leads Jodi Huisentruit investigators to Minnesota city for search Reporter Caroline Lowe of FindJodi.com says Mason City police traveled to Winsted, Minn. in October to check on a lead in the decades-old case.

I've confirmed that no human remains were found in the search in Winsted for Jodi Huisentruit. They did find some animal bones -- not unusual in an area that consists/consisted of farmland for generations. The discovery of "bones" started rumors in the community.
