I would like some advice from other artists who do commission work/self employed; how do you start, and where do you find the time to work on your pieces? I wanna start off with something small, but I don’t know when or how. Genuinely curious on what other artists do.

I keep forgetting to post, like I’ve been meaning to and to do like updates and such. But I’m not very good at social media and posting updates lol.
So anyway- I make art! Here are some pieces I’ve done this year!

Give yourself 3 months of dedicated art practice AND:

- Draw 30-60 min a day minimum
- Draw what you love
- Surround yourself with creative people
- Analyze what is working/not working in your practice
- Regularly ask for feedback from peers

I guarantee you'll see results. 💪
