When life gets frightening and hopeless, I:
* Close my eyes, put my hand on my heart & breathe slowly.
* Slow my walking speed down.
* Sit still w/o stimulation (eg. phone).
* List my core values.
* Offer compassion to my activated parts.
* Connect with people.
