Really interesting article as someone who has had lifelong sleep issues (my mom can confirm). Most helpful thing anyone ever shared is the mindset adjustment you mention towards the end. Most days, I feel mostly ok even after very sparse/broken sleep. So I decided to stop worrying about it so much.
