I'd love to see my name brought up more in online conversations as one who is "up next" or "recommended" in R&B, but the reality is that something is getting in the way of me/my music being able to fully connect w/ more people.

I need to figure out what it is...and quick.

My streaming #'s still aren't as consistent, I still get overlooked for opportunities that I know I'd excel at, and I'm still having to depend on live performance platforms w/ already built in audiences cause I suck at selling tickets on my own.

As far as the ongoing R&B discourse, I'll be honest and admit that (despite being 5 EP's in) my artistry still isn't connecting w/ a larger audience the way I envision.

With each project, I make tweaks and try to figure out what does/doesn't work, but I still feel stagnant.

Today is my Mom's birthday 🎈

Given everything that has happened this year, I know it hits different for her, just as it does for me.

She's still in good spirits, working part time, and also resting when needed. I'm thankful and don't take for granted that she's still here.

Lately (with everything thats happened to my family this year) I can't lie, I've been feeling pressure to hit certain milestones in my career/life before they're gone.
