Had a consultation with a personal trainer today. It's just through my local community center, so I got paired with a random and I didn't know what she'd look like beforehand. I've never been filled with more confidence than when a 5" nothing funky little lesbian walked out to meet me.

I've thought about it! I'll have to look into it, I really do just want someone to set me in the right direction until I get an idea of what I even want my goals to be LOL

I want to start lifting weights but I have like, 0 base strength and get decision paralysis trying to build a routine. I think I just need to bite the bullet and stand around the dumbbells until someone feels bad for me and shows me how to pick stuff up without hurting myself.
