Binary. The term is binary, not binomial. Got them mixed up.

And knitting a whole sweater is like a 3-D printer; you make a strand of material into a 3 dimensional object. Like being a human 3D printer, making something from binomial code!

While knitting this cardigan, I've been thinking about what knitting IS. Knitting is essentially a binomial process. You either knit or purl for whatever design or pattern you're doing. Yes there are slip-stitches, cast-on, bind-off, and crossovers (for braided knits), but it's one or the other.
