Can/should I keep pursuing them? At what point does it cross the line from justifiable to socially unacceptable or even harassment?
And not to sound mean or distant, but what do I do with the people I meet during that pursuit that *don't* unconditionally make me happy?
I don't have the mental and emotional bandwidth to have that many active friendships, but I don't want to just ditch them and move on either. That would be rude
It's probably unhealthy to seek out a relationship with the expectation that the other person will make you happy
It's probably healthier to find a person that makes you happy, and then seek a relationship with them
But then the rejection hurts so much more
