This is a little petty but I was looking up something about some of the movies that are coming out next year and to be honest I think people have completely lost the definition of what a cameo is. I have seen people say that actors that appeared in movies long enough to win awards were just cameos.

Iโ€™m going to talk about Marvel Rivals again, because while it has become much more rewarding to play, Iโ€™m going to stop playing because I have to focus on the end of my uni semester or other games. I will keep for a couple more days until the temporary token giveaways end, but then Iโ€™m done for now.

So after establishing a pretty good status quo this book decided to shake it with a crossover with the Green Lantern Corps book that would also serve as full on continuation to the events of rebirth, the Sinestro corp war, which weโ€™ll talk about soon, because this thread is already getting too long.

feel a bit inconsistent since it jumps through a handful of artists,
but after infinite crises it gets more stable and the results are incredible even if the sensibilities can be very of the time.
Speaking of that time, like with many other books, one year later felt very random and unnecessary.

I mentioned that because I know a lot fans like to complain about how this book rewrites past stories, but I think most of those retcons do a good job of simplifying the decades of storytelling that had been written by that point.
Anyway, some of the weaker points of this arcs are that the art can

Which works works out pretty well and really shows how good this run is at something I like to call โ€œstory mathโ€, which is when a writer sees a couple of old ideas and adds them together with new developments to create something new that feels like it always ready to happen.

which offers a good springboard to reintroduce a whole bunch of old characters, concepts and plot points while exploring them from new angles, which introduces the audience that started with this volume to those characters in a very digestible way and works for fans that had dipped out previously.

Continuing my journey through Johnsโ€™s Green Lantern, I will now talk about the beginning of green lantern volume 4.
The first couple of arcs up until about issue 20 do a good job of solidifying the status quo introduced in rebirth, of hal being but still haunted by his time connected to parallax,

Man, the movie version of for good was incredible, literally felt my heart being torn apart while watching it.

several weeks, so I have decided to stop now so that I can enjoy the rest of it more later. I was lucky that a lot of the threads cultivated here so I donโ€™t feel the immediate need to continue like I did after secret origin. Hopefully I will share more of my opinions, like I did for rebirth, soon.

Well, I have now finished reading blackest night which I have chosen as the temporary stopping point of my read though of Johnsโ€™s era of green lantern. I have very much enjoyed what I have read thus far but nevertheless itโ€™s impossible to not get sick of something if you read continuously throughout

Concludes this wonderful miniseries in a way that finally connects with the movie in a very unexpected way. Itโ€™s a fascinating portrayal of sociopathic behavior that made me look forward to the future work of the creators involved.
I also enjoyed DtC, JLU, BC, CoD and JLvsGvsK. Goodnight everybody.

explore some unexpected elements which are very intriguing but weโ€™ll have to see if they are developed in a satisfying way.

Superman #32:
Continues to expand on KO while maintaining the wild fun style from the most recent arc, whose story continues here.

Universal Monsters: The Invisible Man #4:

backwards dialogue, which makes me feel like Iโ€™m missing something. Alas, this version is pretty great so far.

DC KO #2:
The issue transitions us to a different section of the tournament with a more scavengers hunt style which helps make the story more unpredictable. It also uses the opportunity to

Absolute Wonder Woman #14:
This book continues to be the best Wonder Woman book in years. Also the issue fully introduced this universeโ€™s version of zatanna which reminded me that while I really like the character, I always get frustrated when she uses her magic because I really bad at reading the

Comics this week
The weekโ€™s now over so itโ€™s time to talk about the most memorable comics I read during it.

Absolute Batman #14:
concludes this arc with a fucking bang of a fight that makes Akira look like a slap fight. Additionally all the previously set up threads pay off like fireworks show.

Since my birthday fell on a Monday this year, Iโ€™m having the party in the following weekend. Itโ€™s eating up a lot of my weekend but at least the next Monday is a holiday, Iโ€™m going to have some extra time to relax.

it in less than 15 minutes. I was very surprised and decided to make another version with better image quality to see if it was not a fluke and that took less than 20 minutes. So yeah, now itโ€™s finished, it might have been due to CPU power but what matters is that itโ€™s now done as well as I could do

it faster and started again. Then some time later, the computer crashed when unplugged the cable so I could take it to my room. I let it cool down for a while and when I turned it on again and started the process that I expected would take until the end of the night, the computer finished rendering

As a conclusion to the posts from the last couple of days: I left the computer rendering the video while going outside and not only did the battery ran out because I forgot to connect the charger but the timer had increased to 27 hours. So I cancelled it, saw if there was anything I could do to make

As a continuation of yesterdayโ€™s post: man, rendering a video in my pc is almost torturous, not only does it take forever but the timer either goes up or stops like itโ€™s about to freeze and crash. Itโ€™s made even worse by me accidentally choosing the wrong video format and having to redo it tomorrow.

Because of my birthday, my mom asked me to make one of those photo montages set to cheesy music videos and making that is the first time Iโ€™ve edited anything in years. It reminded of the joys of editing and finding moments where the it just syncs but at the end I remembered how much I hate rendering

to me thinking that the techno organic stuff is kinda cool.
Then there was the GL:Recharge miniseries which was more like an poorly disguised pilot for the glc series, but it did introduce us to some very interesting new lantern and made me interested enough to look at a couple of issues, so mission

it was at reworking past stories in a very well thought out way rebuilds the characters into their most iconic selves while setting a new path for the future.
The one point I didnโ€™t like was that some of the changes like guy losing the warrior stuff seems a bit arbitrary in story, but might be due

never been topped. I been focused more on the main GL book that was written by Geoff Johns, but I have looked at the other books like GLC and ion to get the additional looks at this characters.
Letโ€™s begin by talking about the start of this era, Green lantern: Rebirth, which surprised in how good

Since I donโ€™t want to talk about Wicked:for Good before more people had a chance to watch it I guess Iโ€™ll talk about another green thing I enjoy, green lantern. I been reading the mid2000s era of green lantern that started with GL: rebirth and that from what I heard changed books in a way thatโ€™s

I have seen trailers for it in front of every movie I went to see this month, but they are probably waiting for December to put ads for it in billboards and on tv.

very satisfying ways.
The Lion King #1:
its a classic licenced comic that inserts a new story in between the scenes of the popular movie. Also the art has an incredible balace of faithfullness and fluidity.
I also enjoyed B/S: WF, SU, JLR, PKtMU, GDtMU, TLW and STH. Sorry for the delay, itโ€™s my Bday

did deliver a pretty interesting analysis of doom as a character and it will be interesting to see how itโ€™s followed up on in the build up to his mcu debut.
The New Gods #12:
Ends for now with a very good exploration of the connection between scott free and orion, that paralels the present plot in
