I was constantly judged by bullies, so I ended up convinced I must be just very bad at everything. It has taken me a long time to find a healthy self image. But at least we know humility and realistic expectations. I have trouble accepting the entitlement and bravado of some people.

Thanks so much for your help. I do use Audacity, but it's frustrating to not have a deeper understanding of tech, as I fear I miss gaping holes in privacy. I'm not sure, why I'm so worried about my voice being recognised. It's more an anxiety thing.

I tried to find pen pals at 11 and was sent underwear by adults. Some mail was so gross the mail lady threw it out rather than gave it to me (it was a poste restante so she saw it). On my way to the post office an old ms6n commented on my walk and stared at me. 11! Men were gross.

So relatable. I was too depressed to realise how she was treating me. But when I finally lost it and blocked her, I remembered all the people that she wondered why they ghosted her.
