As some of you may know, I've been making music (as Mushkat) for three decades.

Cecil MacDougall, the newest inductee to the Nova Scotia Country Music Hall of Fame, is hosting a songwriters challenge at Staggers on Saturdays at 2 pm, and I am honoured to have secured a place in today's match!

In the first two weeks of February, I'll be playing a couple of rare solo shows, doing an eclectic mix of covers and originals:

February 5th - free early solo show at Staggers, 26 Portland St, Dartmouth (7 pm); and

February 15th - free late solo show at The Loose Cannon on Argyle St (10 pm).
