Wenn man von der Vorraussetzung ausgehen würde, dass genozidale Angriffskriege legal wären, dann wäre dieses vermutlich kein Kriegsverbrechen. Aber da genozidale Angriffskriege illegal sind (auch wenn russland anderes behauptet), ist sowieso jede Aktion des russischen Militärs ein Kriegsverbrechen.

Ausnahmsweise eher kein Kriegsverbrechen, wie das meiste andere was in der Nacht (und sonst auch) in die Luft geflogen ist. Ich hoffe nur, das die Logistik mittlerweile ausreichend dezentralisiert worden, damit dies kein signifikanter Schlag war. Der Westen der Ukraine ist immer unsicherer geworden
