I’m ngl, my mental and energy have been in the toilet lately. I’m recovering from the cubital tunnel flare up ok, but it’s very frustrating and limiting when everything I like/need to do involves using my hands… makes me feel useless

it’s a tricky balance to strike! the guild I’m in rn puts a hard stop on raiding after 2-ish kills of the current heroic boss, and then everyone just focuses on M+, which I ultimately enjoy more. Last season I got the final achievement I wanted at 3k and just… played other games. Breaks are nice :D
