This sounds a lot like my experience when I had my tonsils out. I was not quite 7 and we were crammed 3 to a room. One kid was in the hall. My parents had the farm to deal with and it was haying season, so they didn’t have time to drive 20 miles to the hospital.

They have no hobbies and no interests other than getting more power. They also have no goals other than getting more power. Useless, the lot of them.

That sounds divine. I have only a cheap apple brandy and no real chartreuse (of any color), so I will just admire from afar. I did attend a paella and Spanish wine dinner, so I am not suffering.
