Tonight I binged an entire can of pineapple slices. It was only 300 calories so it was worth it for the serotonin

Damn maybe I'm awesome cuz like my collarbones are on FIRE, I did 2 40 minute walks, and I did a 25+ minute workout which was abs, arms, and full body 🤭

At every obstacle in our relationship I had to step aside and let her bulldoze my self-esteem and I honestly believe I am twice as suicidal now than before becoming close with her. That’s my bad for surrounding myself with toxic people though…

Her entire “sense of humor” was personally attacking you in front of everyone else and then playing victim if you did it back. I will admit however that there are times when I was upset and crossed the line. Unfortunately it wound up with me being kicked out of the friend group.

She’s had an eating disorder for longer than I have but she liked to be super stuck up about it and shove it in everyone’s face, either to gain pity points or to shit on me when I developed one as well and she was doing ‘better’ than me

Since my ex-best friend told me she wanted to stop being friends two days ago, I’ve done a lot of reflecting on our relationship and it was honestly worse than I thought.

As somebody who’s super co-dependent I didn’t realize that beings friends with her was like bathing with leeches

Angry at the world but at least showers are nice

I lost 3 pounds last month which isn’t much but whateva. Gotta lock in this month and go for 10 pounds!!!!!
