I dont know what bad music is aesthetically but some seem to mean it in a constitutive sense, "What I'm hearing isn't proper music", which is usually plain wrong (unlike the fully legit "not my cup of tea").

Maybe it's just me coming from ambient music but this isn't an uncommon thing to like is it lol.
