A lot of times I will design off of vibes and a few references and a single pass which I iterate on in later pieces (which is why my designs are inconsistent sometimes) but this one I’ve got like color and outfit alts and multiple passes all on a single sketch page.

I had a personal goal of putting out at least one illustration a month this year and I’m a little bummed about not being able to meet that.

I kinda regret my output slowing down here at the end of the year, like I know it’s not entirely my fault and I shouldn’t prioritize shit like that but man it kinda stinks to not be drawing as much. :/

I think my opinion on the Wicked movies remains relatively unchanged, there’s no reason these two movies couldn’t have been one, and part 2 suffers from having to adapt the play’s weaker 2nd act all by itself, but the idea of watching both parts back to back is. Appealing. These is good movies.
